The MDMSI and its Membership Portal were launched virtually along with the induction of the MDMSI Pioneering Officers and newly registered members took place last September 25, 2021 with no less than the Executive Committee Officers and Board of Governors of the Philippine Medical Association in attendance with then PMA President, Dr. Hector M. Santos as the administering officer.

As members of PMA-MDMSI, please be advised of the following collection fees:

For registration of New Members, MDMSI dues, P2,000.00 registration fee (P1,500.00 annual dues + P500.00 one-time payment computerization fee). For PMA dues, P1600.00 registration fee (P1500.00 Annual Fee + P100.00 one-time payment computerization fee).

For Regular Members, to maintain good standing status, an annual fee of P1500.00 for MDMSI and P1500.00 for PMA should be settled on June 1-September 30 of the Current Fiscal Year. September 30 of each fiscal year is the deadline to be a member of good standing both for local and national membership dues.

For Lifetime Members, (applied by members who paid annual dues for 10 consecutive years + P20,000.00), only the MDMSI and COGS dues will be activated.

For Emeritus Members (applied by members =/>65 years old, who paid annual dues for 15 consecutive years), only COGS dues will be activated.

All payments should be made in the membership portal so that the dues are updated in real time to allow both officers and members to monitor good standing status to participate in the National and Local Elections and for the issuance of Certificates of Good Standing.

For the Certificates of Good Standing, both PMA and MDSMI dues should be completed by the regular members, and a Certificate of Attendance from the PMA Regional Assembly or PMA National Convention equivalent to 15 PMA Units should be posted in the appropriate box and approved by the MDMSI Secretary before the certificate can be downloaded. Certificates are QR Coded and therefore individualized and can be downloaded once after payment of P300.00 is posted.
